Founder-led since 1990.
Still innovating. Still delivering.

FuseMind didn’t start in a boardroom—it started in a Dallas apartment in 1990 with two long-time friends, big ideas, and a shared belief that sales teams deserved better tools.

 

Founders Barbara Morris and Chele Butler were early tech enthusiasts and seasoned pros in the marketing and direct mail world, and they saw an opportunity long before it became obvious: smarter data + better delivery = better results.

​Fast-forward more than three decades, and FuseMind is still privately owned, still founder-led, and still thriving—only now we’re combining the power of direct mail, data, and modern technology to help fast-growing businesses identify high-intent customers and close more deals in a rapidly changing world.

​

We cut our teeth in supplemental health and life insurance, a space that taught us the value of precision, compliance, and one-to-one communication. While that remains a core focus, our capabilities have grown significantly over the years.

 

Today, we deliver a wide range of products and solutions designed to reach customers personally, intentionally, and effectively—with direct mail and technology always at the heart of what we do.

From our headquarters in central Dallas, a team of 35+ dedicated experts shows up every day ready to solve problems and push boundaries. And here’s something we’re especially proud of: our people stick around. The average FuseMind team member has been with us 15 years, and nearly half have been here 20+ years. That depth of experience isn’t accidental—it’s what allows us to guide clients confidently through an ever-evolving marketing landscape.
