President & Co-Founder
Chele Butler
Chele has been shaping FuseMind as President since co-founding the company back in 1990, when it was M&B Laser Image, Inc. From production applications to technical services, Chele guides the teams that build and evolve FuseMind’s solutions— playing a key role in turning new ideas into real, usable products.

Outside of FuseMind, Chele is an avid tennis player and a regular at the U.S. Open—plus she loves traveling to New York whenever she can sneak away.
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Barbara Morris
Barbara has been steering the FuseMind ship as CEO since co-founding the company back in 1990, when it was M&B Laser Image, Inc. She’s been at the center of shaping, building, and bringing to life the FuseMind approach to smart business application solutions—helping turn big ideas into real, working systems.

When she’s not driving innovation at FuseMind, you’ll likely find Barbara on the golf course enjoying a round or spending time in the mountains—recharging and staying inspired.
Chief Financial Officer
Sharon Chapman
Sharon Chapman joined the company in 1993 as an accountant—and has been helping to shape FuseMind’s growth ever since. Today, she serves as CFO, but her role stretches far beyond finance. Sharon is deeply involved across operations, customer service, production, and human resources, helping keep the entire FuseMind engine running smoothly.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Sharon spending time with her grandchildren—her favorite role of all.
Chief Technology Officer
Chakradhar Durbhaka
Chakradhar joined FuseMind in 2021 as IT Manager and has been leading the technology team ever since. Today, as our CTO, he oversees the people, projects, and platforms that power our solutions—managing scope, timelines, and delivery while pushing FuseMind forward with new tech built to help clients reach their goals.

When he’s not leading the IT team, Chak is off exploring new places with his wife and twin boys— turning everyday moments into mini life adventures.

Brett Benton
Brett joined FuseMind in 2019 and brought decades of marketing firepower with him. With 30+ years in direct mail & marketing, he knows what it takes to turn ideas into campaigns that perform.
Brett is a true end-to-end marketer, leading everything from big-picture strategy to hands-on execution. From simple mailings to very complex, multi-tiered campaigns, Brett thrives on helping clients connect the dots and get results—with plenty of award-winning work to show for it along the way.

Lisa Burnett
Lisa has been a driving force at FuseMind since 2007. She leads the charge for both LeadForce PRO and Direct Mail clients, bringing a steady, solutions-first approach to everything she does.
